Il Pranzo della Domenica is our hotel’s newly reimagined Sunday brunch. Every week, Chef Pasquale D’Ambrosio takes you on a Grand Tour of Italian cuisine, with a gourmet selection of dishes, served buffet-style in the Bristol Winter Garden, our iconic restaurant in the heart of Florence.
The Italian feast features a delectable array of regionally-inflected favorites, including made-to-order eggs, antipasti, pasta, cured meats and local cheeses, paired with terroir-driven wines. The menu changes weekly: every Sunday, the buffet and live-cooking stations celebrate the culinary traditions of a different Italian region. A luscious spread of Tuscan classics is always offered. Plenty of vegetarian options are available in our brunch buffet.
